Tranquil Oasis by the Sea

maintained pool lush greeneries peaceful experience

I adored the fine pool with its amazing gulf views. It was very well maintained. The location offered both lush greenery and the beautiful sea. The tranquility of our pod village, alongside the hotel's serenity, gave us a peaceful experience. The staff proved attentive and personable.

The hotel feels a little tired. Like myself, to be honest.

sea view friendly staff jungle setting

our room had a good view of the sea, it was very spacious. staff were very friendly and helpful to me. i liked seeing monkeys roam freely in the jungle setting.

Mixed Experience Due to Condition and Management

damaged flooring lacking communication

The hotel appears quite aged and not properly maintained. Several communal areas showed dirty and damaged flooring. Upon arrival, I received information only about breakfast. I got nothing regarding the location of the pools or restaurants. The communication regarding the shuttle was lacking. I was not initially told it was available for getting around the large resort.
